[YOUR BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("we") collects: your email address; payment references from Razorpay (we never see or store card or UPI details); your Kite Connect API key, secret and daily session token; your Trendlyne connector link; and the holdings and reports generated for you.

Use. We use this data only to sign you in, verify payment, and produce your desk. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use your holdings for any other purpose.

Security. API secrets and tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, are never shown in the browser after you save them, and are accessible only to our server. Each user's data is isolated by row-level security.

Processors. Supabase (database and login, Singapore region), Google Cloud (hosting, Singapore region), Razorpay (payments), Anthropic (text summaries and chat; receives only the data needed for a request).

Retention and deletion. Email hello@vyapardrishti.co.in to delete your account; we delete your linked credentials and reports within 7 days. Payment records are kept as required by tax law.
