Vyapar Drishti is a software service operated by [YOUR BUSINESS LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS, CITY, PIN] (GSTIN [GSTIN]). By creating an account or paying, you agree to these terms.

Service. Vyapar Drishti is a data and analytics dashboard. It organises data from accounts you link (Zerodha Kite Connect and Trendlyne) into reports. It does not provide investment advice, research reports, recommendations, ratings or price targets, and it cannot place, modify or cancel orders.

Your accounts. You are responsible for your own Kite Connect and Trendlyne subscriptions and for complying with their terms. You authorise us to read data from them on your behalf, read-only, solely to produce your desk.

Access. One payment of ₹2,999 (inclusive of GST) gives one user 365 days of access. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or resold.

Availability. Data depends on third parties (Zerodha, Trendlyne, exchanges). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. Always verify important figures at the source.

No liability for investment decisions. Any decision you take using the desk is yours alone. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. You may stop using it at any time; refunds follow the Refunds policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [CITY] having jurisdiction.
